These terms govern access to Metriq as a read-only analytics and reporting SaaS. They do not grant Metriq any right to create, edit, pause, or manage advertising campaigns on your behalf.
Last updated: May 12, 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Metriq, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.
In these Terms, Metriq, we, our, and us refer to the Metriq service.
2. Service description
Metriq is a read-only analytics and reporting SaaS that connects to data sources you authorize, including Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and Meta Ads, and presents their reporting data in dashboards, summaries, and diagnostic views.
Metriq is intended for analytics, reconciliation, trend review, anomaly detection, and reporting workflows. It is not a campaign management, agency-console, or bid-management product.
3. Read-only scope
Metriq is read-only by design. The service does not create campaigns, edit ads, change bids, adjust budgets, pause campaigns, publish creative, or perform other write actions in connected advertising or analytics platforms.
You remain responsible for all campaign, account, budget, bid, creative, and platform-management decisions made outside Metriq.
4. Eligibility and account authority
You may use Metriq only if you are at least 18 years old and authorized to connect the accounts, properties, sites, or ad accounts you integrate.
You represent that you have the right to grant Metriq access to the connected data and that doing so does not violate any contract, platform policy, privacy obligation, or law applicable to you.
5. Plans and pricing
Metriq may offer free, paid, pilot, team, or custom company plans. Plan details, including public package descriptions, may be shown on the pricing page or agreed separately in writing.
Published pricing and package details are subject to change. If you have an active paid subscription, changes to recurring subscription charges will apply according to the notice and billing terms provided for that subscription.
6. Payments, Paddle, and refunds
Paid-plan payments may be processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Paddle may handle checkout, payment credentials, tax calculation, invoices, receipts, subscription management, chargebacks, and refunds.
When Paddle is used, your purchase may also be governed by Paddle checkout terms, refund process, tax rules, and buyer-facing policies. Metriq does not store credit card numbers or payment credentials.
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, refund requests for Paddle-processed payments should be sent to admin@metriq.cc. Metriq will help route the request through Paddle where applicable.
7. Third-party platforms
Metriq relies on third-party platforms and APIs, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta, and payment or infrastructure providers. Your use of those platforms remains governed by their own terms, policies, and account rules.
You agree not to use Metriq in a way that would cause you or Metriq to violate third-party platform requirements, API policies, OAuth policies, or data-use rules.
8. Your data and ownership
You retain all rights to the data you authorize Metriq to access referred to as Your Data. By using the service, you grant Metriq a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access, process, store, and display Your Data only as needed to provide, secure, bill, and support the service.
Metriq does not claim ownership of Your Data.
9. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when connecting accounts.
- Connect only accounts and properties you control or may use.
- Maintain your own compliance with advertising, platform, privacy, tax, and business laws that apply to your organization.
- Treat reports and diagnostics as informational outputs, not guaranteed business advice.
- Keep account access, passwords, and connected-platform permissions secure.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Metriq to access data you are not authorized to access.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code of the service, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
- Scrape, export, or republish data in a way that violates platform restrictions or the rights of another party.
- Use Metriq in a way that violates applicable law, infringes intellectual-property rights, or breaches third-party platform terms.
11. Privacy
Your use of Metriq is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how Metriq handles connected-account, support, billing, and website data.
12. Availability and no warranty
Metriq is provided without warranty and subject to availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metriq disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Metrics shown by Metriq depend on third-party APIs, customer authorization, provider availability, and source-platform reporting behavior. Their accuracy, latency, completeness, and availability are outside the full control of Metriq.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metriq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising out of or related to the service.
The aggregate liability of Metriq for any claim arising out of or related to the service shall not exceed the greater of the amounts paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim or EUR 100.
14. Suspension and termination
Metriq may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, fail to pay applicable charges, or use the service in a way that may harm Metriq, connected platforms, or other users.
You may stop using Metriq at any time by revoking access on connected platforms and contacting admin@metriq.cc to request account deletion. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
15. Changes
Metriq may modify the service or these Terms from time to time. Material changes to these Terms will be announced through reasonable service or email notice where appropriate. Continued use of Metriq after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the service shall be resolved in the courts located in Kyiv, Ukraine, unless applicable consumer law requires a different forum.
17. Contact
Questions about these Terms, subscriptions, or refund routing can be sent to admin@metriq.cc.
